As a registered patent attorney and Certified Licensing Professional (CLP), he brings broad expertise in corporate legal affairs, patent portfolio strategy, complex patent litigation and commercial transactions.</p>\n<p>Prior to joining Exo, Steven was a senior counsel at Intel Corporation, where he advised business units responsible for cutting-edge wireless communications technologies, high-performance computing products, and hardware product security. </p>\n<p>Steven is an active member of the California Bar and District of Columbia Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
